Today is one you can get the whole family involved in. Turn it into a competition! Kids love trying to beat the grown-ups!

Your challenge today:

10 MINUTE CHRISTMAS ALPHABET CHALLENGE

How many words can you do from the list below in 10 minutes (if you want to do longer, go for it! Or do a couple of 10 minute bursts during the day)

Do them in order or pick at random. You could even print them out, cut them up and draw them out the hat. If you want, I can whizz you over them in a word doc for you to print out – just send me an email to lorna@alittlemorefabulous.co.uk.

Each letter relates to an exercise. Do the exercises for each letter in the word before you move onto the next.

For example the word SNOW for an adult would be: 8 burpees, 20 star jumps, 30 high knees and 10 side taps
