21st December – time for core work!

I’ve set a few hard advent challenges this week so today is all about your core. We are going to repeat the advent challenge from the 7th December…but today I would like you to do 4 rounds!

This one is all about being slow and steady. In fact, the slower the better. Engage your core, breathe and really focus on the muscles you are using.

Bridge for 1 minute

Curling up and down for 1 minute

Superman for 1 minute

Repeat  x 4
