Motivation – enjoy it whilst it lasts!

Starting my second week on my Kickstart programme – bring it on! My motivation is at an all time high…which is completely what I’d expect at this stage! ?

There’s nothing better than the buzz of starting something new ?A week of healthy eating and lots of exercise has left me feeling pretty good and reminded me exactly why I love to be in shape. Yes, a bit of weight loss would be nice but for me being strong, fit and healthy helps me feel positive and motivated in all areas of life. Mental well being and a healthy body go hand in hand for me.

That said I also know at some point over the 8 weeks my motivation will wane. It does for pretty much everyone sooner or later. I’m hoping that when it does my routine will be established enough to ride it out???

For now though I’m making the most of it! Bootcamp was ticked off this morning, meals planned for next couple of days (I can’t do a whole week at once!) and me and my boy are enjoying a lovely coastal walk with plenty of sea air ? Sorry for all the beach/ sea pics…it’s still a novelty for me so you’ll have to put up for it for a bit longer ??

James is 6 months old today…how has that happened? Fastest 6 months ever- it’s been an adventure!

What does your day have in store? How will you make it a fabulous one? Get outside into the fresh air or do something you love.
