Most of the ‘belly size’ will be due to bloating and water retention with booze and heat. If ankles are swollen too you defo need to up that water intake and keep everything flushing through. A massage is really good to help too if you can fit one in somewhere. Otherwise pop your feet up whenever you can.
I defo wouldn’t worry about exercising after such a long day. A bath or stretch would be best way to unwind.
Food yesterday- mostly fab. Having brekkie and lunch organised is excellent and meant you had two healthy meals with plenty of nutrition. Sandwich ok and rice crackers probably also covered with flavourings to make them taste nice. Go for some fresh mango or fruit in a pot or yoghurt? Although bit trickier to eat if you are driving at same time?
Get up and get Bootcamp done. See if you can fit in your two sessions a day. And keep drinking water! Really look after yourself untilyour mammoth shift and it’ll make it easier to do it when knackered!
