  • Learn how to meal plan
    Throughout the 10 weeks I’ll be getting everyone to spend time at the weekend planning meals for the following week. It takes some getting used to but once you’ve cracked it, it’s literally life changing. No more asking ‘what shall we have for dinner?’  Plan it, stick to it.
  • Recipes, recipes, recipes!
    During Back to Basics I’ll share lots of recipe ideas to try and then once you move onto Kickstart you’ll have access to over 50 recipes. These are ALL family friendly, quick recipes. Nothing complicated (I’m no cook) but all tasty and healthy. Life is too short to be cooking separate meals for family. After all, this isn’t a diet but a healthy way of living. It sets an excellent example to your children too. Enjoy food 🙂
  • Food diaries
    If your aim is weight loss, then one thing I will be encouraging you to do is track your food.During Back to Basics I encourage everyone to snap pics of meals and share them in the group (if you’re feeling brave). I’ll get you used to recording meals and starting to track what you eat.There’s an option to upgrade during Kickstart to VIP support and with this I give daily feedback on your food diaries. Once you’re onto Kickstart you have a food diary to fill out in your online area every day. It keeps you accountable and writing everything down makes you think twice about what you put in your mouth!FYI – this isn’t about counting calories. I’m not a fan of that approach. It’s time consuming and encourages you to eat ‘diet/ low calories/ low fat’ options which aren’t great for overall health. Instead it’s about everything in moderation. The 10 weeks isn’t about embarking on a super strict diet, it’s about finding a way to eat that you can stick to forever more.
  • Daily articles 
    During Back to Basics you will get a daily email from me and during Kickstart, there is an ‘article of the day’ in your online area. A lot of these will focus on food.Learn how to lose fat, why you can’t spot lose fat, what foods will make you glow, how to improve gut health…and so much more! Take the guesswork out of diet and weight loss. No more confusion, just simple advice that works.
