Workout Wednesday’s!

Here is your Wednesday workout video! It is only 10 minutes so over and done with super quick but I promise it’ll leave you feeling fabulous. It is aimed at beginners but anyone can do it – just really go for it! Get your trainers on, press play and get it done!

This is my first attempt at filming myself so it isn’t perfect – it was amazingly difficult getting my head and body into the shot! I will keep practising though and aim to make each video a little better.

New workout each week

Each week I will upload a new Wednesday workout. They will get gradually harder so you can keep getting fitter with me! Make sure you ‘like’ my Facebook page or keep an eye on the blog so you don’t miss a session.  Don’t think about it, just do it!

Top tips for starting to exercise:

  1. Don’t over think it, just do it!
  2. Get someone else involved to make it fun
  3. Pop some music on – anything that gets you feeling amazing. Music makes you work harder – fact!
  4. Invest in some new workout gear that makes you feel good
  5. Follow my videos if you aren’t sure what you are doing and take the time to perfect each move. It is better to do it slowly and safely to begin with.
  6. Have a goal to work towards – maybe you want to run 5km or be able to do 10 press ups? Whatever it is, keep going until you get there and then set new goals.
  7. Relax and try to enjoy it! Finding exercise you enjoy will mean you are much more likely to keep it up.
