The 20th December…we are into the final countdown!

Today we are going to do a bit of tabata work. Tabata is based on high intensity intervals of 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds rest. You’ve got to really go for it in the 20 seconds…push yourself as much as you can. It’s hard but it burns LOTS of calories and will be over and done with quickly!

Have a go and see how you get on!

Today, your challenge is to:

20 seconds high knees, 10 seconds rest x 4

Rest for 30 seconds

20 seconds star jumps, 10 seconds rest x 4

Rest for 30 seconds

20 seconds mountain climbers, 10 seconds rest x 4

Rest for 30 seconds

20 seconds squat jumps, 10 seconds rest x 4

All done in around 10 minutes. Work to your own level but try to push a little out of you comfort zone – that’s the way you get fitter 🙂Â
