Onto 7th December!
So I’ve set some pretty tough challenges so far – if you’ve managed every single one, well done! If you haven’t don’t worry, just try and catch up at some point.
Today is a nice gentle session– it takes less than 10 minutes and it’s all about slow and controlled core work. The ‘bridge’ move is amazing for the muscles down the back of your body (posterior chain) so your hamstrings, glutes and lower back. ‘Curling up and curling down’ uses your abs as well as your deeper inner core muscles (TVA) to control the move – the slower you go, the more your core will engage. And ‘superman’ is fab for balance, core and glutes – it is super!
Watch the video below and I will do the first set with you (so don’t worry if you don’t know what the exercises are) and then you carry on for 2 more rounds if you can (or more).
p.s I manage to lie on the creakiest floorboard – see if you can hear it!!
