Bottom blast – workout of the week

Get your bottom looking pert and in the best possible shape with this super quick workout! It only takes 6 minutes and it isolates your bottom muscles to make sure they are working and activating.

Our bottom muscles are the biggest muscles in our body yet they also tend to be the laziest! Get them working properly and not only will your bottom start to look super toned but it will help protect you from injury. Tight hamstrings, knee issues and lower back problems can all stem from lazy glutes (bottom muscles). Doing exercises that deliberately isolate them means they have to work and will be much more likely to engage when you are exercising or just moving in general.

Right, enough talking, press play and join in…you don’t even need to be in gym gear today if you don’t want to! Follow me for this session and then repeat it a couple of times a week (I often like to do it whilst watching the tv!).
