If you’re new to exercise, try to make it part of everyday life. Whenever you have a spare few minutes, fill it with movement.
I have included a range of online workouts for you to try. Some are super quick (3 mins or less) and some are a little longer. Try multi-tasking…for example, I love fitting in a bit of balance work whilst brushing my teeth or seeing how many squats I can do whilst the kettle boils. What could you try today?
