This week it has felt as if summer has really started! But how are you feeling about your summer body?! After spending all winter and spring wrapped up in layers of clothing, exposing our pasty legs and tummies can seem a little daunting. Don’t worry, help is at hand! 5 days won’t see you shedding a stone or dropping several dress sizes (crash diets DON’T work!) but it is enough to give you a little push in the right direction. Together we will get you feeling fit and fabulous and ready to face the world.

It is amazing how much better you will feel just by getting started. Make the decision to get going and make some changes and the rest will follow. Let’s get you feeling fit and fabulous!

How does the 5 day fit and fabulous challenge work?

  1. Get some more information and sign up

    Just CLICK HERE to get started! All you have to do is click on the sign up button on the page and pop in your email address – super easy!

  2. First email will come whizzing straight into your inbox…

    Watch a little video with a message from me (so you get to know me!) and then read an article all about getting started. We will work out your triggers, what has gone wrong in the past and how to avoid your danger times. Preparation is so so important. Get your head ready and your body will follow.

  3. Day 2 will get you moving!

    There is a bootcamp session for you to have a go at as well as loads of info and advice to get the most out of exercise. This is a little taster of the bootcamps in my 8 week Kickstart programme so you get to try before you buy.

  4. Day three is all about food

    It is possible to love food and lose weight! It’s not about cutting out foods, it’s about adding foods in for maximum nutrition. Eat to glow ladies! Plus you’ll also get my no sugar banana flapjacks recipe. Nutritious, super easy and soooo tasty!

  5. Day four is back to a bit more exercise…interval training!

    Interval training is where you go between running quickly for a short amount of time and then walking or jogging slower to recover. It is an incredibly effective workout and guaranteed to burn a LOT of calories. Don’t worry if you’ve never done it or not sure what to do because all you have to do is download the podcast in the email, pop your headphones into your phone and head out the door. I am literally in your ear the whole time, cheering you on and telling you what to do!

  6. Day 5 and the final step!

    This is where we look at what you need to do next and what you want to aim for. Having goals to work towards is so important to keep you motivated and on track. I will talk you through how to set goals that are realistic and manageable. Be excited – this is just the beginning!
