2 week ‘back to basics’ bootcamp – it does what it says on the tin!

If you’re a complete beginner or someone who has lost their way a little with health and fitness, then this is for you. It’s 2 weeks of small, achievable changes that will help you start to feel good. It isn’t a miracle ‘lose 3 stone in 14 days’ diet, more of the building blocks you need to put in place to be able to shift weight and improve fitness in the long term. Think of it as a gentle nudge in the right direction.

I’ve designed it so it’s the perfect stepping stone for my 8 week Kickstart programme (because I know signing up for a whole 8 weeks can feel too scary). But you can also do it as a stand alone 2 weeks with no pressure to take it any further. It’s whatever works for you.

It’s all via email so super easy to follow 🙂 See product description below for more info.

To sign up, click on add to basket now, then click on the basket symbol in the top right corner to go to checkout. Once you’ve paid, I’ll be in touch via email to confirm your place. Exciting!

The Back to Basics bootcamp was just what I needed.

I like being fit and healthy but would be the first to admit that my motivation can drop from time to time. I’d signed up to the email list on the A Little More Fabulous website so when an email popped in about Back To Basics, I jumped to sign up.

This two-week course of bite-sized chunks of exercise that I could fit into my day, of advice and of an email full of positivity and motivation every morning was a perfect way to reset myself and kick back into healthy ways.

I rarely log in to Facebook but made an exception for this as there was a closed group where all of us taking part in Back to Basics could share our progress, our difficulties (let’s face it, life can get in the way of the best of intentions!) and support each other.

After a fortnight, I felt better, calmer and more confident in myself – a great benefit personally and at work but also a nice feeling ahead a sunshine holiday that was suddenly very imminent!

I enjoyed Back to Basics so much that I then moved on to Kickstart in order to keep the healthy and happy vibe going, but I still follow some of the Basics tips – waiting for the kettle to boil remains a perfect time to incorporate a bit of fitness into my day!

I want to recommend the Back to Basics programme, a fabulous two week booster I signed up to a few weeks into new year, which gradually put me back on the right track after the excesses of the festive period, without being too full on! Loads of nutricional tips, recipes and reminders, plus daily fitness challenges which slowly built in difficulty to bring the fitness back up after a few weeks break. The private fb group with others on the same programme was so motivational, being able to share progress/ food ideas/ successes really kept each other going, as well as Lorna’s star ⭐️ reward system! Highly recommend for anyone wanting a push back in the right direction, thanks Lorna! X

Back to Basics – I had really wanted to try Lorna’s Kickstart but was always too nervous to do it. Back to Basics was the perfect chance to give it a go, really enjoyed it and the encouragement from everyone else in the group – even if I didn’t know anyone! It gave me a little boost knowing that actually I could do it at my level.
I did go on to Kickstart after this and really enjoyed the emails from Lorna, the articles to read and keeping a food diary. Lorna is very honest and always there if you are struggling with anything and easy to contact. I would highly recommend giving any of Lorna’s programmes a go.
I still have my lemon and hot water every morning!

    Review from Vanessa:
Back to Basics Bootcamp was a great way to start 2020. After too much indulgence over the festive period it was a great way to ease myself back into looking after myself and thinking about what I eat. Lorna posted some great tips about what to eat and drink and also the small bursts of exercise were so easy to squeeze into even the busiest of days. All the challenges she set were manageable, and the reward of a star for completing them gave me a sense of achievement, even at the age of 44! After two weeks I felt better about myself, mentally and physically, and a bonus was that I’d lost some weight! I would highly recommend this program to anyone who is looking for gentle guidance need to push you in the right direction.

    Review from Tiss:
I completed Back to basics in January. I signed up as it was a fab price and was just the motivation I needed to start the year off! Lorna’s daily blogs are a great positive way to start the day. I really enjoyed the mini exercise challenges and was able to fit them in around 3 children and work! It reminded me that I feel so much better when I exercise and eat well! Thanks so much Lorna!
