Aaannnnd onto the 19th!

Try to keep going as much as you can this week. As soon as you give into the Christmas indulgence, it’s very hard to get back on track. Aim to be as healthy as possible this week so you can relax for a few days over Christmas.

So to help you do that, get today’s challenge done. Now. Don’t delay, don’t put it off, just do it:

Repeat as many times as possible in 1 minute: 

1 burpee, 9 press ups, repeat

1 burpee, 9 squats, repeat

1 burpee, 9 sit ups, repeat

1 burpee, 9 tricep dips, repeat

1 burpee, 9 in out squats (stay down in squat position, jump feet in and out)

1 burpee, 9 reverse curls (for extra challenge see if you can stand up after each set of reverse curls without using hands!)

You can stick to one round – so done and dusted in 6 minutes – or you can repeat it another couple of times. Completely up to you and how long you have. Remember ANYTHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING!
