Day 56 and the end of my 8 week Kickstart Programme. So how have I done? Check out my progress pictures! I’m really pleased 🙂
YES! Progress Pictures:
I have to say I wasn’t sure if there would be much difference between my mid way and end progress pictures – sleep deprivation caused a massive dip in motivation and energy levels over the last couple of weeks.
BUT it just goes to show that if you keep going and don’t give up, you WILL get there.
It’s why progress pictures are SO important. You won’t notice the day to day changes in your body shape because it’s gradual but if you snap a few pics every 4 weeks or so then you’ll see a difference.
It’s not about being perfect all the time, it’s about finding a balance that works for you.
I’m all about PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION!
This week, I’m going to do my BIGGEST SALE yet of my Kickstart Programme, so if you feel inspired by my results then it’s time to get signed up.
